Cancellation and refund policy

1. General Policy

At All Our Restaurant, we strive to ensure high-quality food and service. Since food is perishable, all sales are final except in cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be offered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect order served
  • Food quality issues such as spoiled or stale food
  • Preparation errors (significantly undercooked or overcooked)
  • Billing or payment errors
Issues must be reported immediately at the time of service or within 10 minutes of receiving the order for takeaway or delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Partially consumed food (unless a genuine quality issue is found)
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Discounted, promotional, or complimentary items

4. Takeaway & Online Orders

Refunds or replacements for takeaway and online orders will be considered only if reported immediately upon receipt. Proof such as the bill, order receipt, or food photographs may be required.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Advance orders or catering bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund unless stated otherwise.

7. Management Discretion

Management reserves the right to inspect complaints before issuing refunds and may offer a replacement or credit note instead of a monetary refund. Refund requests that appear fraudulent may be refused.

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
